Founded in 1961, Carbo Forge, Inc. has been a leading manufacturer of high-quality steel forgings for more than 60 years. We specialize in producing steel forgings that range in size from several ounces up to 15 pounds gross weight. Our commitment to quality and precision has earned us a reputation as a trusted supplier across several diverse markets.
One of the most significant milestones in our company's history was the establishment of our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) in 1988. This move allowed our employees to become shareholders in the company, providing them with a stake in our continued success. By 1994, the ESOP owned 43% of the company, and in 2006, we became 100% employee-owned.
Today, our company employs 48 full- and part-time employees who are dedicated to producing the highest quality steel forgings. We are proud of our employee ownership structure, which allows us to provide our team members with a sense of pride, ownership, and responsibility. Our ESOP culture fosters collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, ensuring that we remain at the forefront of our industry.
